Need a fast morning feast in a hurry? This nutty spread banana breakfast smoothie is only the ticket. It's smooth, velvety and pressed with protein, so it'll top you off, not at all like some other breakfast drinks.


I'll be forthright with you and concede that, when all is said in done, I'm not a tremendous aficionado of nutty spread. The smell made me wiped out as can be the point at which I was pregnant with our child. That was six years prior now, despite everything I haven't exactly recouped from that with respect to eating nutty spread. However, in a smoothie, I can deal with it. In this smoothie, it's heavenly.

Every one of you nutty spread devotees are presumably saying, "Umm… no doubt, it is!" But for somebody who's not an immense fanatic of nutty spread, to state that I cherish this beverage is enormous.

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 c. almond mìlk
  • 1 5.3 oz cup vanìlla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 1/2 tsp. cìnnamon
  • 4 tbsp. natural peanut butter

  1. Add mìlk, yogurt, peanut butter, cìnnamon and oats to blender fìrst. Add the frozen banana pìeces on top.
