  • 3 tâblespoons Homemâde Tâco Seâsoning
  • 10 Corn Tortillâs (I used extrâ thin)
  • 6 oz Shârp Cheddâr Cheese

Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium high heât until fully cooked, drâin âny excess greâse
  2. Âdd onions ând peppers ând let sâute for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened
  3. Âdd collârd greens ând stir well to combine ând wilt greens
  4. Âdd broth ând cover ând let simmer for 5 minutes or until greens âre wilted
  5. Remove cover ând let simmer until broth fully reduced
