I've been endeavoring to eat increasingly solid of late. I'm entirely horrendous about that and since the Holidays are coming up it's truly difficult to do with every one of the treats and heated merchandise in each corner. There are two or three sound formulas I simply love now and tis is one of them. I've made veggie burrito bowls a few times and that was tasty. At whatever point I make a treat now, I attempt one or 2 and stop the rest. At that point I transport them off to family or companions.

This is a decent feast you can prep toward the start of the week. The chicken and broccoli get prepared on one dish and the sweet potatoes get heated on another container. They take more time to cook. Sweet potatoes and broccoli simmered in the stove is presently my most loved approach to eat my veggies. I prepared the chicken with Mrs. Dash chicken flavoring and after that separated everything up into my convenient Reynold's warmth and eat holders that I presently love.

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups of broccolì
  • 2 to 3 medìum sìzed chìcken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olìve oìl
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cut the broccolì ìnto bìte sìze pìeces and spread them on half of the bakìng sheet. Cut the chìcken ìnto bìte sìze pìeces and season wìth whatever seasonìng you wìsh. Drìzzle the broccolì and chìcken wìth olìve oìl.
