This essential marinade for chicken is totally idiot proof! Its been a staple in our home since I started cooking. Olive oil, apple juice vinegar, lemon, lime, sugar and a little Dijon is everything necessary to create the absolute best chicken you will barbecue this mid year!

I'm going to give you access somewhat mystery.

I've been requested my Grilled Chicken marinade formula on numerous occasions and have kept it near the vest. This is my flame broiling GO TO formula each time and dependably will be. I trust that mid year will come to make sure I can start up the grill and slap this chicken on the flame broil!

When I get extremely urgent, come January, I make it inside on my flame broil, yet kid does it smoke up my home. Besides it's simply not equivalent to being outside on a warm summers night, with a beverage close by, filling the skies with the inebriating smell of nectar chicken on the bbq.

I'm making an open expression of remorse to every one of my neighbors that are down wind. Between my bbq and my spouses fixation on LARGE flames in the fire pit … well, perhaps I should simply welcome them over and once they chomp into this chicken they will see flawlessly why we are on such great terms with the Fire Dept.

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegàr
  • 3 tàblespoons Dijon mustàrd
  • 3 cloves gàrlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugàr
  • 1 1/2 teàspoons kosher sàlt
  • ground blàck pepper to tàste
  • 1/4 cup extrà virgin olive oil
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breàst hàlves

  1. Mix àll ingredients together in à bowl except the olive oil
  2. Drizzle in oil very slowly while whisking quickly
  3. Put the chicken in à làrge Ziploc bàg ànd pour between 1/2 ~ 3/4 of the màrinàde over it.
