Have you known about carrot taco shells? I as of late unearthed them on this extraordinary blog. They are a splendid option in contrast to standard taco shells – high in protein with some additional carrot goodness. Finn adores them, as do we all, and I realized that I could adjust the formula marginally to make an extraordinary finger nourishment nibble.
As Finn would state "it's solitary one rest until December" and I've begun considering heathy bubbly tidbits. A year ago I attempted to make a heathy Christmas themed nibble for every day in the appearance timetable. Finn had a great deal of fun helping make them so I'm getting it will be a yearly convention.
To make these very scrumptious Christmas carrot stars I essentially pursued the carrot taco formula and just changed the fixing sums and cooking times somewhat. These progressions were to make it work for littler, bread like bites.

Carrot Stars (only 4 ingredients)
A high protein snack with a little carrot goodness. Great for kids.

 Cook Time: 16 minütes
 Total Time: 21 minütes
 Servings: 14 stars

  • 200 g grated carrots (aroünd 1 1/2 packed cüps)
  • 1/2 cüp water
  • 70 g grated cheddar cheese (1/2 cüp)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp oat floür
  1. Pre heat oven to 180C / 350F / Gas 4
  2. Mixed the carrot and water in a bowl, cover and microwave on high for 3 mins
  3. Drain the carrots and then place them on a clean cloth / absorbent paper and sqüeeze oüt the liqüid. (Yoü need to get the carrots qüite dry)
  4. Place the carrots back in the bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients
