This thick and rich Mango Lime Smoothie is the ideal post exercise lift me up! Tropical and zingy, it's one very scrumptious smoothie!

I'm not one to truly enjoy over Christmas. That is to say, I'll have a touch of pudding and chocolate, however I won't heap my plate too high and make myself feel sick.

Notwithstanding, despite everything I cherish getting over into my exercise routine come January and smoothies are my absolute favorite thing to make post exercise.

Along these lines, I chose I required a tropical lift me up since the climate outside is dull and bleak; enter this Mango Lime Smoothie!

  • Juìce of 1 small or 1/2 a large lìme
  • 2 cups (450g) fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup (200g) ìce cubes
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar/honey/sweetener; down to personal preference, you may not need any dependìng how sweet your mangoes are
