Presently, on to tea! Frosted tea, that is. I can shamelessly say this is the absolute best frosted tea I have ever had. The base of this tea is spearmint and hibiscus, with a little raspberry leaf tossed in. When it's cooled, a puree of strawberries blended with lemon and nectar (or agave, in case you're veggie lover) is blended in to improve it. Strawberry and mint go together so pleasantly! The strawberry includes a summery sweetness and the mint gives it a cooling, exceptionally reviving edge. The hibiscus develops the strawberry enhance with it's tart botanical notes and gives the tea the most dazzling shading I have ever found in a drink.
