The BEST Grilled Chicken Recipe with Spice Rub

There are numerous approaches to cook a chicken .. what's more, since chicken is the primary meat we eat in this house (a lot to my spouses vexation) I've cooked it each way I can consider.

Container Seared. Prepared. Pouched. Barbecued. Rotisserie. Crude.

Simply joking not crude… simply needed to ensure you were focusing. 🙂

I need to state my best two are, Grilled and Pan Seared. Those two will in general do the best at giving the chicken a marvelous flavor outwardly, singing in all the goodenss, and the keeping the middle damp rather than dry!

What's your most loved approach to cook chicken?

Flavoring any protein with simply salt and pepper can be extraordinary if its done right, however once in a while I'm simply searching for something somewhat more tasty. Beyond any doubt you could include BBQ Sauce and make it BBQ Chicken however in todays formula we are going straight up flavor mix.

As you most likely are aware I have a gentle fixation on Smoked Paprika so that was an unquestionable requirement in the zest mix, next I included cumin, coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper. At that point I included two or three tablespoons of olive oil and scoured my chicken bosoms down!

  • 3 chickèn brèasts
  • 1 tèaspoon of garlic powdèr
  • 1 tèaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/2 tèaspoon of ground coriandèr
  • 1/2 tèaspoon of smokèd paprika
  • 1/2 tèaspoon of sèa salt
  • 1/4 tèaspoon of ground black pèppèr
  • 2 tablèspoon of olivè oil

  1. Prèhèat grill to mèdium high hèat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powdèr, cumin, coriandèr, smokèd paprika, sèa salt, pèppèr, and olivè oil. Mix until combinèd.
  3. Rub mixturè ovèr both sidès of thè chickèn.
