Blueberries are one of my outright most loved organic products.
I could truly eat them by the bunch… and I normally do when I get a bundle or two,
or three from the market.
Anyway, it simply appeared well and good to attempt and join
blueberries into a protein shake and make a blueberry protein shake!
At that point appreciate the heavenliness…
Blueberry Protein Shâke
Prep: 5 minutes
Totâl: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 shâke
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vânillâ protein powder
- 8 oz unsweetened âlmond milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Âdd âll ingredients into blender ând blend until smooth.
