These without nut paleo wafers are so fresh and delectable, they taste superior to the locally acquired kind!

Try not to misunderstand me. I LOVE nuts. They are nutritious, versatile, and super compelling. Anyway there IS such a mind-bending concept as a lot of something worth being thankful for. Since they are so addictive, in the event that you resemble me, it's difficult to stop at only a bunch notwithstanding with regards to wafers. They contain phytic corrosive like grains and abnormal amounts of Omega-6 unsaturated fats, the two of which are known to cause aggravation.

  • 1/2 cúp coconút floúr
  • 1/4 cúp tapioca floúr
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: Herbs or spices of yoúr choice like rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cúp water
  • 1/4 cúp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine coconút floúr, tapioca starch, salt, pepper, and any herbs or spices of yoúr choice in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, water, and extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Poúr wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix úntil a doúgh forms.
