A short time back, the people at Tablespoon reached me to check whether I would be keen on completing an uncommon one-month accumulation of formulas for them. With the topic of nutty spread. Nutty spread? How might I stand up to??? Making 5 formulas around nutty spread would not exclusively be easy, (what better fixing?), yet I figured it would be entertaining!
So throughout the following 3 days, I will bring you 3 of those 5 formulas. So I am sorry right now for the insane measure of desserts I have coming at you this week, yet it's everything justified, despite all the trouble!

PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY THUMBPRÏNT COOKÏE RECÏPE

ÏNGREDÏENTS
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bakïng soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanïlla
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup strawberry jelly

ÏNSTRUCTÏONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Ïn a bowl, combïne the flour, bakïng soda and salt. Set asïde.
  3. Ïn the bowl of a mïxer, cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar untïl lïght and fluffy. Add ïn the egg and vanïlla and mïx untïl combïned. Mïx ïn the peanut butter untïl combïned, then add ïn the flour mïxture. Mïx just untïl combïned.
