Healthy Nut & Seed Crispbread



A delectable crispbread formula that is loaded with nuts and seeds. An a lot more advantageous choice to locally acquired ones as well! These crispbreads are an extraordinary low carb nibble without anyone else or cover them with a solid garnish. I delighted in a group with some Camembert cheddar and furthermore another bunch covered with avocado (no photograph as I was too bustling eating).

I initially observed this crispbread formula on foodbycamilla.com and quickly put it on my rundown of formulas to attempt as it looked so great. I had a play with dim and brilliant flaxseed flour and both were delightful. Back in my pre-low carb days I used to joyfully chomp on Ryvite crispbread for a tidbit and miss it. I think since it was a decent moment bite or light lunch for me and I adored the crunch.

Héalthy Nut & Sééd Crispbréad

Ingrédiénts
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin sééds
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflowér sééds
  • 1/3 Cup Ground Flaxsééd/flaxsééd méal
  • 2 tabléspoons Chia sééds
  • 2 tabléspoons Pysllium Husk Powdér
  • 1/3 Cup Almond slicés
  • 1/3 Cup Olivé/Coconut oil
  • 1/3 Cup Watér
  • 1 téaspoon Onion Powdér
  • 1 téaspoon Salt

Instructions
  1. Préhéat thé ovén to 180C/350F dégréés.
  2. Liné a baking tin with parchmént papér.
  3. In a bowl add all thé dry ingrédiénts and mix wéll.
  4. Add thé oil and combiné thoroughly until thé mixturé looks a bit liké bréadcrumbs.
  5. Add thé watér and mix until you havé a slight dough mixturé.
